100 year old All Original Hand Hammered
Aesthetic Movement; Mission; Monk; Chandelier c1910
Wonderful Craftsmanship: Hand hammered and strapped iron; four lantern shades are caramel slag glass; canopy is brass.
All original finish.
Each shade has an acorn pull chain socket.
4 monk heads; one on each side of the body of the fixture.
Four bracket-style arms surround the body & support the hand hammered lanterns.
This Mission period fixture is a great representation of the Arts and crafts period, also known as; Mission Period and Aesthetic Period.
The Chandelier body measures 32 1/2"L w/chain & canopy x 17"W. Fixture w/o chain 16" each of the 4 shades are 9" H x 4 1/2" W. Beautifully handcrafted 25lb Chandelier
Condition: View Photos- This Arts & Crafts chandelier is all original in like new condition with the exception of one cracked slag glass panel which can be replaced or hung as is, keeping it original & adding historical character to this 100 year old Fixture. Recently taken down for period light fixture change.
Everything works; each acorn pull string works individually. You can light one or two etc. You may want to change original wiring; let your electrician decide.
